CEED Bulgaria was awarded the project COSM-E-TRAIN, No 2009-1-BG1-LEO05-01629, which is part of the "Lifelong Learning" Program, subprogram "Leonardo da Vinci. The project aims at developing innovative management guide for small and medium enterprises / SMEs / from the construction sector and has 24 months duration. CEED's project partners are the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC), GOA Infra Groep - Netherlands, AINTEK A.E. Greece, the Flemish Federation Building (VCB) - Belgium, Vilniaus Gedimino Technikos Universitetas (VGTU) - Lithuania, I. FOR. PMI Prometeo Puglia Italy. The project results include development of modern study guide tailored to the needs of teachers and learners, implementing modern training techniques. It will include modules in Quality Management Systems, HR management, health and safety, entrepreneurship, ICT, managerial competences. The new product will be entirely focused on the construction sector and will be adapted and intricate design, based on results from previous projects of the Program: Quality Management Systems Guide / QMS / and management of small construction sites.
