The CORREDOR PLATA´S TRAINING Project is promoted by a consortium composed of the following municipalities (local goverments) . - Gerena´s council (Sevilla) , coordinator and sending partner - Aznalcollar´s council (Sevilla) , sending partner - Castillo de las Guardas´s council (Sevilla) , sending partner - El Ronquillo´s council (Sevilla ) sending partner - Castilblanco de las Guardas´s council (Sevilla) , sending partner . All participating entities are integrated into the region called CORREDOR DE LA PLATA and all of them have expertise in the implementation of two Mobility Projects , which were coordinated by the public entity "Mancomunidad Cornisa Sierra Norte" (Calls 2010 and 2012) The PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS are as follows: 1.- RECENT GRADUATES of THE MIXED EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMS " EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOPS " aimed at unemployed people aged over 25 , conducted by the Consortium , and whose specialties are: - Care for disabled people - Carpentry - Electromechanical - Socio-cultural Animation - Installation of Renewable Energy Equipment . - Restoration. 2.- STAFF: Responsible for the european programs, local development agents and teachers ACTIVITIES to be done : 1 - 21 Mobilities of 12 weeks duration for New Graduates for Internships in Italy ( 16) and Portugal (5 ) . 2 - .10 mobilities of 5 days duration for the STAFF (Training objectives), in Italy (5) and the UK (5) The Project is aimed to act on the following detected needs : A. - NEW GRADUATES for internships. - Need to provide practical experiences that will produce a first contact with the European labor market. - Need to improve the language levels permitting linguistic fluency in a foreign language required to enhance employability. - Promote entrepreneurship , through the knowledge of business initiatives in other countries ( NEW SOURCES OF EMPLOYMENT ), and the implementation of undertakings or experiences social economy in the territory of origin. - Need to promote awareness of other cultures in order to promote intercultural awareness . B. - STAFF : - Need to learn new teaching methodologies applied to the delivery of training activities, that have been considered good practice . - Explore innovative initiatives that improve the effectiveness of teaching performance by applying the NN.TT. communication and information. - Need to see how other training professionals work in the field of development of language skills and entrepreneurship. - Learn "best practices" made in the field of management of European programs. RECENT GRADUATES mobilities will have a direct impact on the personal development and in their skills and competencies that are increasingly valued in the labor market. In reference to the expected impact of the STAFF mobilities, we can say that can be measured based on variables: subjective ( experience rating in terms of personnel and experiential view) and objective (refresher training , practical application in the performance the work of formation or management of innovative methodologies and improving their technical qualifications ) The experience of the members of the Consortium in the development of Mobility Projects , reflect the integration of these performances recorded at the institutional level. In addition , it is expected that staff mobility will have a direct impact on improving the quality of the training ( novel teaching methods and exchange of best practices) , and employment and training technicians learn new management techniques and working .
