The project aims to promote cooperation between enterprises and institutions for the competitiveness of production systems of the Insubria, via: a) the creation of a platform of knowledge characteristics and evolutionary pathways of local productive systems, thus the identification of common needs and opportunities of strategies integrated joint construction of competitive advantages; b) collective participation of actors and institutions of economic policy in order to generate and sustain over time a common area of ??intent and action. c) the development of strategies and actions for cooperation between area businesses and the start pilot projects of cooperation for the exploitation of complementarity and synergy of businesses, and local production systems fliere. / Il progetto mira a promuovere la cooperazione tra imprese e istituzioni per la competitivita dei sistemi produttivi dell'area insubrica, attraverso: a)la creazione di una piattaforma conoscitiva su caratteristiche e percorsi evolutivi dei sistemi produttivi locali, quindi l'identificazione di bisogni comuni ed opportunita di strategie congiunte per la costruzione integrata di vantaggi competitivi; b)la partecipazione di attori collettivi e istituzioni di politica economica, al fine di generare e sostenere nel tempo uno spazio comune di intenti e di intervento. c)la elaborazione di strategie e azioni di cooperazione tra imprese dell'area e l'avvio di progetti pilota di cooperazione per la valorizzazione di complementarieta e sinergie a livello di imprese, di fliere e di sistemi produttivi locali Achievements: The project promoted the cooperation between private companies and institutions in order to increase the competitiveness of the Insubrian industry. Main achievements were: 1. Creation of interim reports about industry and production chain; 2. Creation of focus-group and meeting aim to better understand companies' needs; 3. Organization of meetings for the stakeholders; 4. Creation of participation process to facilitate communication among companies.
