The aim of the project is to create a model of network services enabling a large number of beneficiaries to acquire specialized skills that can give them potential employment opportunities. 7 lifelong learning training programmes will be executed in the two participating municipalities from both countries. The Municipality of Kalamaria will implement two training programmes on basic IT skills, one on environmental management and one on sales growth, involving 74 trainees, mainly coming from socially vulnerable groups. The Municipality of Sandanski will implement one training programme on tourist services, one on environmental management and one on development of sales skills, involving a total of 59 trainees that will improve their capacities in the chosen fields. Another important output of the project is the evaluation of the current arrangements involving services provided by the partner organizations and by the public services ofthe region. Expected Results: The expected results from this project are mainly to improve the living conditions and quality of life of the population in need with living improvement index of measure ,rate and a target 100%. Also it will be able to enhance cross-border business partnerships that enhance networks of economic relations and it will bring real results in the economic fabric of the region. This will be achieved through a portal and a link tool between supply / demand of jobs .The indicator of that will be the benefiting users with measure number and objective 2000.For the support of further development on the financial dynamics of cross-border region through the strengthening of existing structures. This will be achieved both through networking and through the study of the service but also with the study of the portal. The Index will be the improvement of existing services with measure rate and target of 100%.
