Compile New Competencies and Implement them to Teaching

CNC&IT Leonardo da Vinci partnership project includes four secondary vocational schools from Slovenia, Poland, Turkey and Croatia, as well as partners from the World of work which are Slovenian company CADCAM Lab , Spanish company Talleres Tibi and a non-profit research center AIJU also from Spain.The goal of the Project is to raise the professional competence of teachers and students skills of partners secondary vocational schools, and improving curricula in the areas involved in the Project.The project involves two teaching sectors, the first one is sector of manufacture of metal products which is covered by CNC technology and second one is sector of Information Technology. Representatives of the first sector are VET secondary schools from Croatia and Slovenia, and representatives of second sector are VET secondary schools from Poland and Turkey.The project is implemented through the development of new product produced by CNC technology, monitoring it via web site and designing multimedia teaching materials. The new manufactured products are representative souvenirs of regions of partner schools.The results of this Project are souvenirs made on CNC machines, web sites, and multimedia teaching materials. Partners will arrange complexity of the product according to their teachers and students abilities and technical equipment of schools with CNC technology as well. In this part of the project a partner from the World of work will help them in finding favorable technical solutions in designing and manufacturing product in CNC machines.Task of the partner schools from Poland and Turkey is to create a website that will track project and multimedia teaching materials for topics involved in the project.
