The specific objective of the project is the establishment of a trans-regional network of competency centres to strengthen the cooperation between adult education and economy through labour market oriented adult development trainings. Main activities: establishing infrastructural conditions, equipment, tools; curricula development; training of adult training counsellors; assessment and selection of participants from the target group; competence development and vocational certification training for the target group; vocational qualification training of the target group; teachers/trainers mobility; students mobility; research work and workshops; accompanying activities (visibility & publicity, management, administration etc.). Expected Results: Estimated results: facilities for labour market oriented training are installed on the basis of 4 competence centres; labour market oriented curricula are elaborated; joint team of adult training counsellors are available in the cross-border region; participants are delivered competence development and vocational certification training; participants are delivered vocational qualification training; integrated teaching elements are implemented (teachers mobility); integrated training elements are delivered in a revolving stage system (students mobility); trans-regional research study.
