Self-assessment method has been chosen because it gives a sense of pride and achievement, but a tutorial help can be useful. A handbook for users, studies on the sector and communication tools (website, flyers) were created and published. In order to incorporate common European tools, the competences will be gathered in a European portfolio at the end of the test. The tool is accessible on Internet. In the interactive version of the tool, competences portfolio is automatically generated. The user supplements it with his professional experience.
