Competence Development in SMEs: Practices and Methods for Learning and Capacity Building
Increasing knowledge for a competitive edge : The project has carried out research on the general attitude of SMEs towards competence development in view of increasing their competitiveness. The research helps SMEs to identify how they could improve and gives them an overview of what other companies are doing and what sources they are using to develop their knowledge. This project started in 2003 and lasted 18 months.
