The ?CommUnity? project strives towards creating a tolerant community, which is well equiped with information, knowledge and aims towards connecting different actors in the municipality of Zagorje ob Savi. We intend to bring the roles of EVS volunteers closer to our local inhabitants and enlighten the options, which young people have in the european space. Two participants, one from Macedonia and the other one from Poland, will, through pre-planned process truly become an active part of our community, which they will inform through their own events, through their work in our daily center and through their multimedia products. From time to time, they will present their activities on primary schools, they will cooperate with the local high school, the intergenerational center and with other interested NGO?s in our municipality. The participants will become a vital part of the team of Youth center Zagorje ob Savi and together with us, they will create content, which fits tot he needs of our local youth and other inhabitants. Through this content, which will mostly be prepared by methods of non-formal education, we will promote intercultural dialogue and the programme Erasmus+ itself, as well. After we finish the main activities of the project, we expect a higher degree of informed individuals, which are also equiped with new knowledge and more connected among eachother. We also expect to have a strenghtened partnership with the foreign organisations, but the most important ? the participants will leave us with an uforgetable experience, new knowledge and ideas for their future, which will be in great help on their path towards independence.
