The main objective of the project is toenhance socio economic development inthe less developed border areas of Latvia,Lithuania and Belarus on people-to-people(community) and municipal level.The common theme for the project iscommunity involvement in energy efficiencyand its saving to improve the life quality.The main results are activation and trainingof communities, creation of communitygroup network, community project in energysaving, elaboration of energy efficiencyaudits and technical documentation forenergy-saving in the community buildings
