1. Title PROJECT: COEMPRENDE2. BACKGROUND: The project will be developed in AIR Association, which has 2 offices in Córdoba province in the autonomous community of Andalusia. One of the entities of AIR in Cordoba, Cordoba is located in the center at the C / Adarve. The other entity is located in the Avd. De Cadiz. This is, AIR try to create a local network administration encompassing all the steps to follow when a person wants to start a business.Mentoring entrepreneurs:The mentoring program is based on the collaboration of entrepreneurs and professionals with entrepreneurial experience, as volunteer mentors accompany young entrepreneurs in building their business projects.Mentors encourage, support and accompany young entrepreneurs, creating a space of trust and mutual understanding to analyze the problems that arise in business management, identify and evaluate possible solutions, in order to enhance their self-confidence and strengthen the process of decision making, enhancing their personal and professional growth.6.
