The project intends to foster the cross border cooperation between ICT enterprises in the counties of Arad, Timis, Bekes and Csongrad concerning commercial aspects, technology transfer and innovation as well as joint participation of research projects in view of establishing an IT cross border cluster relationship. The main activities are: organizing IT conferences on both sides of the border, match making events, seminars on common topics of interest such as leveraging as business internationalization including a best practice exchange component, development of a common web site, including a database of existing enterprises on-line match making tool where offers and demands from both sides of the border can meet, both commercial and concerning infrastructures that can be shared.The direct beneficiaries of the project are, first of all, representatives of IT&C SMEs from both sides of the southern part of the Romanian Hungarian border (Timis, Arad, Csongrad and Bekes counties- a total number of about 110 representatives of IT&C SMEs and 20 representatives of the other kind of organizations), interested in development of the business environment .
