This project aims to further develop a leadership training program that has been offered to employees in leisure and preschools in Reykjavík. This training program was originally developed in a European project called Learning to learn and was funded through the Grundtvig programme. The idea in this project is for the person responsible for this leadership training programme to have opportunity to attend a course that will give further knowledge and experience that will enable SFS to develop this training project even further. The final outcome looked for is that SFS will offer advanced leadership training course with specific focus on employees in preschools that are women above 50 years old that would like to develop themselves even further with special focus on leadership skills.
