The project aims to fill the comunication and information gap between people with disabilities and their potential employers and trainers in the companies in order to facilitate the access of this disadvantaged group to practical vocational training and to the labour market. Zur Erreichung der Ziele setzt das Projekt auf Beratung, Qualifizierung und praktische Unterstützung für einen kompetenten Informationsaustausch zwischen Menschen mit Behinderung und Unternehmen in der kritischen Phase der Bewerbungssituation. The most important product to be developed with this project is the “check and go tool”, which will be completed by a "trainings tool" for people with learining difficulties and disabilities and a "advice tool" for companies.The project tools are going to be developed at a transnational level and its usability is going to be tested by various companies in the open economy as well as by people with learning difficulties and disabilities in all the participating countries.
