he contents of the Learning Mobilities of Individuals would include:- Sharing national realities about different types of education and teaching methods in formal and non-formal education system;- bring positive and long-lasting effects on the teachers involved;- increase capacity to cooperate on international level;- improve foreign language competencies;- promote more active participation in society; - increase motivation and satisfaction in schools' daily work;- allow school representatives to meet colleagues of different nationalities within the EU, discuss their background and cultural differences and build a network of teachers for future cooperation;-provide practical ideas for classroom use according to the current trends in the methodology of Teaching English as a Foreign Language;- deliver motivating techniques.
