Centrum Przedsiębiorczości i Innowacji has operated since 2010. It is an organization which was established to create, support and promote entrepreneurship development and innovations in the field of education, economy, social life and international cooperation. The founders of the association are academics of Zamość colleges. The association cooperates with business entities at home and abroad, colleges and universities and employers’ associations, especially in the field of organizing vocational education and continuing education for teachers and instructors of vocational training. The association specializes in: - vocational trainings in cooperation with national and international enterprises (dual vocational education) - organizing specialist trainings and vocational courses and running vocational schools, - implementing innovative projects in the field of education, economy and social economics, - setting up projects and undertakings which combine research and development, - creating innovations in international cooperation of companies and non-governmental organizations. Under this project: 10 coaches, 4 employees and 2 members of managerial staff who: - have working knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, - wish to develop their competence in non-formal and incidental education, intercultural education and modern methods of working with employees in multicultural groups and - want to confirm gained competence with certificates will take part in a 14-day long training in GEWERBLICHE SCHULE SCHWÄBISCH HALL and Alfred Kaercher Gmbh und KG. As a result: - 16 representatives of CEPII (coaches and employees) will do a 14-day long study tour with a job shadowing and will take part in workshops in Germany, - 16 participants will receive EUROPASS certificates and Partner certificates, - 75 representatives of various institutions will take part in dissemination seminars at CEPII’s Additionally: - coaches will develop their vocational competence and intercultural communication skills (including language ones), - participants will improve their self-esteem and develop teamwork skills, including working in international teams, - participants will strengthen their position in local community and develop their skills of active searching for information - there will be an increase in entrepreneurship and own activeness
