CELiNE is a project that aims to challenge and change the underlying philosophies, implicit assumptions and ‘common vision’ behind vocational and technical education, which should be understood as more than strictly technical education. This will contribute towards supporting personal development, employability and participation in the European Labour Market. The project envisages to implement change and to bring together the technical and literacy dimensions of the new economy’ workplace through content integrated literacy learning.
