"Building links" is a project promoted by two youth organizations, La Rotllana and Autonomia e Descoberta CRL, respectively from Spain and Portugal, that from their cooperation in a youth exchange, have noticed similarities and differences in their own way to work in the field of youth action. The proposal to realize a "job-shadowing" born to share experiences of good practices through participant observation of one of the workers that will move from Portugal to Spain for a total period of 20 working days. The theme, chosen between the two Partners, will be the no-formal education directly on the streets among youth and how to reach young people providing activities that stimulate their active participation and initiative. The project pretends to "build links" between the entities, through continuous work that begins in the preparation phase, where each promoter will be responsible for working local project objectives; continues with an implementation phase during of which it is being realizing “job-shadowing” and exchange of good practices; and will be concluded with an evaluation phase, in which we will valuate if the objectives and expectations have been achieved, and where will be a conclusion of the project and define the future proposals . There will be a follow-up phase as well, in which the promoters will be responsible to give visibility to the project results. Throughout the project we will work to contribute the personal development of participants, stimulating their creativity, participation and initiatives, through workshops, role games, etc. .. and at the same time we will improve the skills of all workers of the two entities; also we will emphasize the various ways to learn through YOUTHPASS and writing a logbook, there will be a process of awareness, to reflect and document learning and various skills acquired at different phases of the project.
