The Building Bridges for VET project is a long-term bet for our college. This program has been the first step in its development. Internationalization is an axis within the strategic plan of the center, and based on its various annual actions with the ultimate goal of increasing the employability of our students, following the objectives defined in the Copenhagen process (Copenhagen Process, Bruges 2010) develop and the Europe 2020 strategy (ET 2020), where industry promote learning throughout life and mobility. This mobility program integrates education and training of its participants and helps improve the quality of their skills and competences. This transnational mobility has benefited the participating teachers and their students. The dissemination of it has increased the quality and volume of European mobility of persons in Initial VET. They received training on selected European institutions, improving the quality of know-how in other European countries, which can then be contrasted with the country itself. Our collaboration with partners and host companies has improved quality and increased the volume of cooperation between educational institutions, companies and relevant social partners in Europe. They have experienced an enriching multicultural coexistence with other European industrial partners who has helped them in personal development. During different school years, our teachers have worked through IKASLAN receiving training abroad that enables the improvement of their professional skills. Such training has been received in different businesses and schools teaching the same area that occupies our center. Thanks to these experiences it is also possible to build relationships with similar institutions to ours with which we can exchange students for internships in companies concerning our countries. In the same way our teachers can share with their European colleagues their different views on the teaching-learning process. The achieved impact can be summarized in four points contained in Erasmus and equally applicable to the average degree letter. - Through participation in international programs, teachers who take part acquires new knowledge relating to new markets in case body and also encourage and foster the spirit of international collaboration and cooperation. - Through participation in international programs, students acquire a set of skills of communication, social, other labor markets ... In the short term improve their professional, personal and multicultural competencies. - Through participation in international programs, improve the quality of international collaborations - Through participation in international programs, improve collaboration between institutions, workplaces, and schools. The experience of "Job Shadowing" is very enriching for our faculty and staff because it allows them to acquire knowledge about the methodologies used in other countries concerning when it comes to quality education.
