The implementation of the submitted project aims to train 60-person group of students in the profession of construction technician of Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształcących w Kamiennej Górze (Technical and General Education School Complex in Kamienna Góra) in the field of passive and renovation construction. The participants will become acquainted with the methods of energy saving in construction, they will learn how to improve the parameters of elements and systems in the building and how to use the energy from solar radiation in a passive manner, i.e. passively, without using active installation solutions. They will also become familiar with the standards of rising passive buildings, that are characterized by high insulation parameters of walls and external partions, and with the principles of passive instalation of windows, doors, ventilation and supporting heating systems. In addition, students will learn technological systemic solutions of ronovation and reconstruction of historic buildings, the techniques of repairing the facade, the techniques of non-invasive plaster removal, waterproof and anti-humidity insulation, etc. The participants will be supervized and taken care by: language and profession teachers, managers of German companies and also by emploees of the host partner. Parallel to the professional training, students will have opportunity to learn technical language connected with construction, as well as to take part in culture – integration activities. Evaluation, dissemination and monitoring of the implementation of the internship tasks will be carried out by the head master, the staff of the host partner, the managers of German companies and group carers. Crediting a participant with the internship will be confirmed by individual certificate of training company and Europass Mobility. Project aplicant will acquire experience that will be used in the training school programme.
