PROJECT
FINISHED
Our school, Berufsschule Mattighofen (Feldstrasse 3, A-5230 Mattighofen), with the Erasmus + K1 mobility project, would like to send 8 students of "KFZ-Techniker PKW " and 7 students of "Motorradtechniker " together with 2 accompanying teachers, for two weeks to Italy, from 14th February 2016 til 27th February 2016.
The two host companies are in Milan:
- Ghezzi Moto srl, a small company for motor cyclist products exspecially for the Ducati-Brand
- The other host company is a giant firm, which has 500 employees - car mechanics, its name is Gruppo Fassina.
During the apprenticeship the students will have possibility to get to know several new automotive and engine system technologies different from the Austrian automotive systems, and in addition the students can improve their language skills as well. They can acquire knowledge about Italian, Swiss and German auto-moto installation devices, methods and techniques thanks to a wide range of international partner companies.
Enormous benefit of the project is that our students can work in real workplaces and NOT in a workshop of school, or training center. This can be considered as a big advantage when they start looking for jobs, thanks to several Italian investors who are seated around Salzburg.
The project 's working language is English , but we hope that at the end of the project, our students will become motivated to learn another foreign language(s) too.
The planned duration of the project is 12 months: we would like to start the project in June 2015 and the selection phase for September 2015, the preparation phase for spring of 2015, the trip in February, and the closing phase is planed for April 2016.
Presenting our application we really hope that our talented and enthusiastic students and teachers will have the possibility to enrich our school with plenty of their useful experience!
