The status of vocational subjects are descending. It is important for the school, the county and the nation, that disciplines are linked to international environments to ensure a solid foundation in international professional development and reinforce the development of an academically strong institution with an up to date education of high quality. We apply for financial support to be able to attend specific courses and training activities. The participants will be teachers and leaders with responsibility for teaching and leadership training. The main goal of the project is to contribute to increased competence among teachers and throughout the school. The purpose is to build a culture where vocational subjects are up dated arranged with a focus on new educational models and new didactic programs in education including modern technology and sciences. The long term goal of the project is to develop higher quality of education and higher completion rate for the pupils choosing technological subjects .
