The youth exchange Brandyourself-Oglasi se will take place in Črnomelj in month of august. It will host 36 participants and youth leaders from Slovenia, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Bolgaria and Greece. The participants are mostly either unemployed or just entering the labour market. In the participant countries there is a noticable trens of youth unemployment. The young send their biographies en masse, yet nobody reads them. For the decision makers and politicians in the participant countries, the youth unemployment is not en issue. Activities will last 8 days, but there is a prerequisite for prior research. Main goal of the activities is to learn how to make a CV video. The vieod should present and acquaint the employer with the participants potentials and his will to work. We also want to encourage the participants to make a plan of personal development. Therefore the goal is to stimulate the young to develop their ideas and actively search for employment. In long term we wish that the unemployment of the young becomes one of the focal themes of political and social debate and that the youth organizations develop a more visible and active role in solving the problem of unemployment.
