Participants of the project consist of senior students aged 16-18 who are undergoing training in Karaköprü Anatolian Vocational School of Health Nursing field. This group of 45 students has completed at least two years of basic vocational training. This condition is an indicator of the fact that participants have a certain readiness in a given area in advance of flows. Most of the participants, at the end of a short period as a year, will complete their secondary education life and begin their work lives in different health organizations. In this sense, gaining practical experience, learning professional innovations, gaining the ability to work under different conditions have importance for their professional careers and they constitute an important need. Among the participants there is two students with disability. Within the scope of the project, a month-long three flow programs provide 45 students accompanied by three teachers to Germany and Romania their practical competences will be enhanced by providing with a duty in health organizations which are experienced and offering service actively in many countries such as. Within this process, beside the development of the psychomotor skills, participants will be provided to gain experiences in titles nurse-physician relations, patient-nurse relations, international standards of the profession, innovative Technologies. At the end of the project, students' reaching the level of professional competence defined in national standards, increasing the desirability in the sector after graduation, making a positive contribution to the vision determined by our Ministry of Health and provincial health directorate are expected results of the project.
