“BeingPRENEUR, be business, MAN!” project is motivated from the current youth unemployment rate in European society, especially in the Western Balkan countries. The general theme of the project reflects young people' needs to be encouraged to have a more active role in our societies through innovative enterprising initiatives by using more effectively and creatively their skills and recourses. For this reason, the project aims to enhance the entrepreneurship skills of youth leaders and workers, through non-formal learning, to promote innovation and creativity to young people in ways that are relevant to employability.The implementation of this Mobility Youth project will consist on implementation of one Training course that will have duration of 8 days, excluding travel days. In it will participate 25 youth workers, youth leader from 8 EU Program countries and Western Balkan countries, working mainly with young people with fewer opportunities. THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES are:- To provide youth workers with knowledge how to drive young people in their personal development through Non-formal learning methods;- To highlight the role of the Key-Competencies within Youth pass for finding a job and supporting young people in the process of acknowledging of these competencies - To foster inclusion and empower youth workers who work with youngsters with fewer opportunities to start new initiative toward youth entrepreneurship - To improve youth workers' competencies on fostering entrepreneurship initiatives of young people and promoting their active participation; -To promote Entrepreneurship Education, sharing of knowledge, ideas & good practices among participants. -To promote inter-cultural dialogue and valorising the active contribution of all participant- To provide knowledge on “Erasmus +”program on how to use international mobility experiences – EVS, youth exchanges as well as youth initiatives - as a tool to motivate young people and how to guide them in the project writing phase - To establish a network of all participants The Training Course will take place in the city of Durres and will make together 25 participants coming from Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Serbia , Romania and Turkey. The training Course will use interactive methodologies based on non formal education.Knowledge and skills, best practices and good examples will be shared following a peer to peer approach and it will facilitate the participants learning assessment.
