Be Creative, Be Innovative – Turn Your Idea into Practice” aims to discuss and exchange ideas that will stimulate participants to transform their creative ideas into concrete products and in this way to raise their entrepreneurship spirit. The Youth Exchange will take place in Struga, Macedonia, from 17-25 of June , and will gather 40 young people and 12 leaders with fewer opportunities from 8 different countries: (Macedonia,Serbia,Albania,Montenegro,Spain,Turkey,France and Slovenia). The project will promote the access of unemployed young people coming from minorities,refugees, migrants,facing unemployment for a longer etc. to the new way of self-employment through supporting the participant’s spirit of initiatives, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability. Besides making products, non formal education and business plan methods will be used in this project too. The participants will learn how to develop their initiatives into business plan. They will exchange and learn from each other creative methods, how to make practical, art and eco products from recycling materials. They will collect recycle materials (cardboard, plastic...) will draw, design and make creative products, such as: furniture, handmade jewellery,ect. They will have chance to express their critical thinking and explore their creativity and entrepreneurship in group. The YE is designed as a mutual learning situation, where participants can experience and compare different approaches of developing creative ideas. The programme and contents of the YE are planned to encourage participation, shared creativity, innovativity and responsibility of the group, while using active and participatory methods. The method we will use is “learning by experience” and “learning by doing”. Young people will be involved in the each stage of the YE trough giving feedback on the ongoing basis about program, workshop, ideas and learning process.
