This project arises from the opportunity offered by the Erasmus + Program and the needs detected for our school to complement the necessary linguistic skills of students and teachers . It is intended to expand educational quality and improve the european dimension. The most urgent need of our organization is to support and enhance the professional development of teachers in language training, in order to improve their skills and adapt to new methodologies. The way to achieve our goals , according to the needs expressed , is undertaking activities to promote, on the one hand , the mobility of teachers to a European English-speaking country and establish contacts that may be future partners in eTwinning or possible KA2 projects. The improvement in linguistic and cultural competences that are gained from the mobility of teachers , will be an asset to our organization. The project includes eight secondary teachers to participate in structured language training courses . The impact expected is to improve language skills and will materialize in obtaining certification of official languages qualifications . Facing the necesity to improve the teaching , the impact will be looking for changes in the studies planning to reflect the acquisition of new skills, didactical and methodological competences. A strengthening is expected as a reference center of internationalization. In the long term, the teaching of subjects in a foreign language , the internationalization of studies , networking and stable relationships with European institutions and centers working in the same field will make our center stand out.
