'BE BEAUTIFUL' is a youth exchange that does not deal directly with beauty! Beauty is only a result! It is the result of a healthy lifestyle and diet! Our exchange sees beauty as a final result of living without the products of society that have a short-term or long-term negative effect on our human bodies and in turn our beauty!The project deals with the most important topics on health; nutrition, physical activity, alcohol, drug and tobacco consumption, mental and sexual health put together with the access of persons; (including persons with a disability or coming from lesser opportunity backgrounds), to health care and healthy living conditions, and combines them in the involvement of media, education and institutions in promoting and supporting a healthy life style, in order to prevent health problems, and guaranteeing a better access to health care.The partners have been selected from members of our international network and organizations with which we wanted to increase partnerships. A total of 32 young people and 8 youth leaders will participate in this project. The participants all come from the European Union. The education methods and methodologies to be adopted during the exchange will be purely non-formal. An advanced planning visit will be held between the leaders before the project to ensure the success of the programme.
