The project comprises practice periods in the following technical subjects: Construction (TB), Renewable Energy Devises and Systems (TUiSEO), Landscape Architecture (TAK) and a trade of building and finishing works fitter (MZ). It involves 2-week training periods by four 16-member groups: group A - II TAK, group - B II and III MZ, group C – II TB being carried out in the training facilities of The Vocational Training Promotion Centre of Berlin and Brandenburg (BFW) – Frankfurt/Oder; group D – II TUiSEO in the enterprises of Huerto Solar De Sirius S.I. and Grupo Nazareth. The timetable for the groups is as follows: group A-VI 2016, group B and D-IX 2016, group C-X 2016. The main goal of the project is to gain skills in :1. group MZ: finishing rooms using plasterboards; doing flooring and facing, installing internal walls, redecorating, ornamentations.2. group TB: interior decoration using modern painting techniques, decorative paint applications, ornamentations, decorative techniques of putting up wallpapers, improving room atmosphere ( encrusting, relief, decoupage, stained-glass putting), reading diagrams and technical documentation.3. group TAK: arranging gardens using natural aggregates ( basalt, dolomite and granite grits) , sandstone and slate siding; the students will make a perigola, lay basalt and granite sett paths, arrange a small pond, will spray fruit trees with a seletion of insecticides. The German partner possessing high-tech, modern technical means will asure the quality of the training in all the 3 areas.4. group TUiSEO will install solar and photovoltaic panels, operate energy devises and installations, carry out diagnostic testing, maintenance and repair works.The Spanish partner provides training in production plants. The evaluation of the carried out training will be done by The Project Team by means of analizing records in students notebooks and the register. The project meets the needs of enriching the offer of the building, instalation, designing, horticulture and energy sectors. According to the EU Derective – the consuption of renewable energy sources in Poland should reach the level of 49% by the year of 2020. The energy sector in Poland still lacks skilled workers significantly. The project is to draw young people’s attention to studing the above mentioned trades and reveal their potencial. The aim of it is their professional and personal development, improving language skills, creating and developing practical studing skills, increasing their competitivness on the job market, getting acquainted with the work culture and organization in Germany and Spain. Developing the feeling of European identity and ways of expressing cultures are additional values of the project.By performing practical tasks the participants will build up skills of using modern working techniques and acquire professional competence adding up to the school curriculum.The local press is highly interested in all new initiatives undertaken by schoolsaccording to the popular notion ‘ Think in a practical way - choose a trade for yourself” being realised as part of improving the quality of vocational schooling in Poland. Project Erasmus+ is going to add up to better Matura exam results in German and English and in technical subjects. It is estiated that 80% of young people who are not going to continue their future education will succeed in finding a job. Production, construction, processing plants (VEKA, BUDOKRUSZ,FERROX CUBE, PILKINGTON S.A., VOG, INSBUD, EKOINSTAL, FAMBUD, ASTRO-THERM, SFAMASZ, ELIN) and The Institute of Horticulture will employ school leavers with practical, technical experience, especially aquired abroad. The participants of the project setting up their own companies will create new jobs making the level of unemployment go down.
