The project seeks to mobilize the target group of teachers, VET communities, learning developers and designers as well as managers of learning organizations in Europe in order to speed up changes in education and training systems to move to a knowledge-based society. The main goal of the project is the development and setting up of an online web-based Blended Learning Support Portal (b-Portal) that will serve as e-learning environment, information system, discussion forum, promotion and dissemination tool around the topics of the use of blended learning concepts and the latest developments in mobile learning environments and technologies. The outputs will be a “How to” Blended Learning Guide; multimedia rich e-learning and training resources; guiding principles; on line learning environment for self e-learners; on line media for best practice exchange.
