Antener Ltd as licensed institution recently became one of the most significant school in the field of corporate language education in Hajdú-Bihar County. One of the main strategic purposes of this stabile and efficient organization is the continuous development. In order to achieve this purpose the Ltd continuously monitors the satisfaction of not just the participants of the courses but also the satisfaction of the representatives, HR managers of the corporations. In the second half of 2015 the analytics of the regarding questionnaires shows that the practical usefulness of the gained language knowledge is significantly underrated by both the participants and the employers. In order to reveal the root causes deep interview were held with the partners that showed that the courses can’t offer practically useable knowledge in those fields which are essential while using the language in work environment (presentation, negotatiation, correspondance, particpation in international exhibitions, conferences, meetings, accompanying foreign guests, using English as a lingua franca.)The real solution to these problems can be attendance in teacher training courses abroad. 4 senior teachers and 5 instructors get to know different cultures, nationalities and colleagues during a their courses, so they can practice in real life the characteristics of the cross-cultural communication, while using English as a lingua franca. They can learn the best practices and working techniques form the native teacher trainers which can be built in effectively to their own lessons. Being in a native, authentic environment offers a great opportunity for learning and collecting colloquial, every-day phrases and language chunks. We are dedicated to find diverse, working solutions for those problems mentioned (eg. self-developed curriculum), so in addition to the teacher trainings our education manager participates in a course about curriculum development.In order to further qualitative development of the institution, two members of the management team is going to be involved in various courses; on the one hand in order to obtain a usable digital marketing knowledge for training institutions, on the other hand acquiring knowledge about effective leadership. The 12 mobility activity will be implemented in 16 months, during which our staff competences- detailed in this application - are evolving. It will be possible to create a unique teacher-training curriculum and course, while we will be able to find solutions to the problems of the language learners of the corporate sector.We continuously communicate the results achieved in the project to the various professional organizations (eg. NYESZE, IATEFL, FSZOE), professional articles are going to be written for the relevant press, and also we are going to give an opportunity for other training institutions to use our collected and created materials. These will contribute to the reform of trainings the corporate sector.
