The EVS project Ayoba aims at promoting an exchange of volunteer experiences between Italy, United Kingdom and South Africa. The project involves 6 volunteers in 2 group acitivities and 2 individMal activities of 12 month each. 2 volunteers will be hosted in Rights Based Network in Durban, South Africa; 2 volunteers .vyill be hosted in Special Projects Unit of eThekwini Municipality (Durban Municipality), SoutlV Africa; 1 vo.lúnte;er will be hosted in Joint, Italy and 1 volunteer will be hosted in Casa per la Pace, Italy.The activitiep t le volunteers will be doing will aim at promoting a culture of volunteertëm among young people as an opportunity for youth to make themselves "employable" and live an experience in ail interculutral environment, following the EVS philosophy and using non-formal education as a method ti engage youth.Ayoba will allow youth to acquire skills in diffent areas, in particular: non-formal learning skills, project management, organisational skills, communication skills, social skills, language skills, working in ari interculural. environment and working in a group.The objective between the partners is to develop a strong cooperation and strengthen the existing networks forjfuture projects in the field of youth, and the exchange of good practice amongst them.
