"Youth Effect for the Future of Europe" is an Action K1 Training Course activity held in İzmir/ Turkey from 1st October to 8th October 2014. There was 24 participants from 7 partner organizations from 6 countries which are Turkey, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Malta, Italy, Greece. The Common point of the partner organizations is that all of them were directly working or interested to work on inclusion of yougsters into the democratic processes. Our project aim was to find out useful methods for youth workers/young people in order to raise the awareness of youth about the importance of elections as the most effective tool of democratic participation. And the main objectives: • To find out and to develop methods for inclusion and participation • To share the countries realities in different parts of europe • To Find new methods to involve the youngsters to elections and youth works. • To give a chance to the participants to meet new culture The workshops leaded by 2 experinced trainers and had been based on the Non formal Learning Methodology. The workshops were mainly focusing on raising awareness youth active participation,democratic inclusion, the importance of elections and sharing the democracy realities in different European countries.The participants also had the chance to come together with university students in order to implement the methods that they develop during the project. Our participants were the active young people in youth field as youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers. They were working especially the inclusion of youth and active participation.
