To increase the personal knowledge, skill and experience of the technical staff working on adult education;by the education to be given although upgrading is required for the amount of the production area and sufficient quantity and quality demanded by the market. Training of technical staff, it's about producing a better quality education to farmers by ensuring the quality of recycling program. In EU countries in terms of quality and quantity production of beekeeping products from our region is in better shape. Implemented as a practical beekeeping techniques and technologies will be provided to be seen at the site. Implemented in the Czech Republic from EU countries Beekeeping techniques, technologies will be in place in the plantation. Beekeeping-related production and harvesting techniques, post-harvest operations, and finally packaging businesses will be examined. Organized participation in the meeting will be provided. Compare with applications in our region will be provided. With awareness of the plantation of technical training personnel in our area will be provided to reach EU standards. The scope of the project, 9 of our adult education staff are aimed in the training. In this context, eight technical staff (engineer/technician)and two Veterinary staff will attend to the activities abroad for the purpose of the development of education. The current situation of the Project will be analysed regarding problems will be identified and and reported. In preparation our staff will take language training . Beekeeping activities related to on-the-spot training will be carried out under the name of overseas education. At first caring and feeding techniques will be examined and at second the maintenance techniques for the process from harvest to the market will be monitored. Technical personnel participating in the project within the sector which will always be held in the future will give the service and training education will be established with the new determination of the plantation, the development of the flora of the resources available and ensure environmental protection. In this way, the manufacturer will be given training in the shape and behavior change demanded by consumers are expected.
