Efficient use of electrical energy begins with the losseless way to distribute energy. Various energy losses occurs during electricity distribution . Compensation systems have been developed in order to reduce ths energy loss to zero. With the expansion of the system is very fast, once maintance is done every 6 months.This situation has created a great business volume. However, competent intermediate members to work in this labour market can not be found.Our high schools which are obligated to raise those intermetiate members are insufficent. This course called ‘’Compensation Devices and Mounting’’, which is in the school curriculum, is given only 32 hours. It is impossible to learn this important subject in this short time. Besides, our teachers explaining these lessons teach our students compensation systems not only used on the market but also noncurrent compensation systems. Because mechanisms and tables in compensation systems are continuously renewed in the Europe and our training content is not relevant with these renovations. Our students must see them in the Europe and they must observe methods of education with respect to cooperation of educational institutions and labour market.Therefore, the aim of our project;To improve professional aspects of our participating students by taking practical and theoretical education about the current system applied in the Europe, to find a place in the existing business potential and to improve themselves socially and to improve their foreign language by establishing relationships with those abroad.Our project which has two host partners project. Within the scope of the project, 30 students from electric-electronic and 2 accompanying teachers will perform mobility to Czech Republic and Spain.Training, which will be in the Europe, will improve not only our students’ craft knowledge and skills but also our accompanying teachers’ craft knowledge and skills.During project execution stage, project implementation will take place by establishing various committes under the project management comission.Various contracts will be signed in order to fulfill their duties in a complete manner. Our project has important effects on participating, institutions and target groups. By increasing participation rates of students, capacity development of institutions will be provided with the effects of the participating personnel on institutions.
