Our project is created by our application owner institution Kurtdereli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and consists of two fields; Finance and Accounting, and Marketing and Insurance Services. 11st and 12th graders will be chosen from related fields. 20 students from our application owner Kurtdereli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and 10 students from each of our local partners, Mehmet Vehbi Bolak Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Kepsut Multiprogram High School; in total, 40 students and 4 accompanying teachers will participate in this project in 2 flows, to receive training in Obchodni Akademie Praha in Czech Republic. Due to the change of our country’s accounting system to European Accounting System, our teachers and our Accounting departments’ course sylabuses is considered as inadequate and now there is an emerging need of competent accountants in our country. In similar, it is safe to say that we do not have qualified employees in most growing fields such as individual retirement and also our students doesn’t have enough knowledge about customer relationship management as well. These problems lead us create a project in order to overcome this lack of qualified labor in these sectors. Our project team started their mission with finding our local and international partners first, and then planned our project’s activities. After completing our project, our students from Accounting field will improve their occupational skills and will learn Turkey’s National Financial Reporting Standards and will be one step ahead from their opponents to be employed in the sector. Our participating students from Marketing and Insurance Services field will be competent individual retirement agents that are specialists in customer relationship management. They will also improve their language and cultural skills and with the help of certificates they will receive at the end of mobility, they will have a better chance to be employed in the sector. While our institutions improving their credibilities, these co-operations will also affect Turkey-EU relationships as well. It will strengthen their bond and lead to new co-operations. Both countries will find the chance to introduce their country and their culture in such a welcoming environment and it will improve the relationship between those countries.
