AUTORITES NATIONALES POUR L'APPRENTISSAGE : UN NOUVEAU DEPART POUR L'ALTERNANCE

The Francophone Belgium decided to implement a reform of its alternating systems. This reform has as overall objective to ensure the quality of the learning sector, to harmonize the statutes, to improve the reception of young, to reduce dropouts and failures and allow real permeability between systems. To do this, a single management and harmonization of practices were decided through the creation of a dome body responsible for coordination of the alternation operators and steering the French branch (OFFA) (implementation end of 2014 and the start of works 2015. This project aims at supporting the implementation of the ongoing reform through the development of actions:1. Reduce the rate of failure and difficulty in hooking linked training by:- Comparing the best practices being developed by each of the project partners;- Defining specifications for a future coherent system attachment and support from his youth alternately input.2. Develop tools for the creation of a space of trust between the alternation operators. This space is crucial to ensure recognition of skills acquired through all apprentices and allow real mobility of young people and building bridges between courses. To do this, it will set up exchanges of experience and analysis:- Learning paths- Of learning outcomes evaluation systems3. To ensure the effective operationalization of the tools developed through the project, a large event for sharing and dissemination of results will be in place before the end of the project.The final beneficiaries of the productions are all learners of apprenticeship training, company tutors and trainers. The target groups for their part are all stakeholders involved in the reform of the alternation in Francophone Belgium.The impact will be:- Impact on the acceleration of the reform process undertaken by the French Government of Belgium;- Impact on the practices of local actors in terms of public reception and support in its formative process;- Impact on the professional practices of experts active in the drafting of trades and training standards;- Impacts on the practices of actors in the field of enlargement and deepening of the safe space through the quality analysis;- Impact in terms of participation and membership of social partners in processes implemented within the framework of the reform of the alternation
