As part of our project, 7 trainees from Bielefeld will visit Zwolle to support and work independently in selected training companies. Our participants are in their second year of training to become an optician. The main point of the project is it to sensitise the trainees for the international labour market, to broaden their professional knowledge, enlarge their linguistic competence and to encourage self-development.It is of further importance to our school to establish a long-term international exchange network, to mutually benefit from labour- and educational structures. In the future we would like to offer all our trainees the opportunity to take part in an international exchange project.
