Our project in which “Ergani Şehit Jandarma Yüzbaşı Lütfü Gün Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesi” (Ergani Martyr Gendarme Captain Lütfü Gün Technical and Vocational High School) is the institution with application and it will take over its conduction, Malazgirt Vocational Training Centre and Ankara Altındağ Atatürk Vocational and Technical High School have been chosen as the consorcium partner within the country and the institutions in Netherland, Denmark and Romania are our host partners shall be realized in three flows with 45 participants. Our project is related to the 11th and 12th grade students who continue their education in the departments of “Electric and Electronics” and “Mechanical Technology”. It is aimed at easily employing our students who shall participate in the overseas movement and get vocational education as employees who are experts in their field in private sector. Our country is urbanizing day by day with her recent development and the number of companies which conduct activities in the area of industry in our cities which sustain their development each day increases with time. High-rise structures increase with the development of cities and the numbers of elevators in hospitals, plazas and campuses increase day by day. Inspection problems have occurred due to such an increase in the number of elevators and the inspections of elevators have started to be conducted for 2 years by the state itself. The inspection and reparation of elevators are conducted according to the regulation 95/16/AT. Although our students who have graduated from Electric and Electronics department have the theoretical knowledge which is appropriate for this regulation, they lack practical knowledge due to the technical impossibilities. The graduation of our students with the lack of practical knowledge causes them to not meet the needs of the sector and prevents them from finding jobs in private sector companies which conduct the inspection and reparation of elevators. With our project, the students are aimed at attaining the practical knowledge related to their own fields and finding the opportunities of being employed in the sector as qualified employees. With the increase in the sector of industry and capacity of production, the use of oxy-gas source in companies which conduct activities of industrial production in our country increases day by day. Although the use of oxy-gas source increases, employees who can take effective and safe action with oxy-gas source cannot be educated due to the technical insufficiencies. With our project, our students who get their education in the department of Mechanical Technology are aimed at attaining the practical knowledge related to all actions of production which can be conducted with oxy-gas source. With the practical professional (vocational) knowledge they shall attain, our students shall have the qualifications which can meet the needs of the sector and shall be employed in the sector of industry. In addition to their professional development, with our project, it is aimed at developing the foreign language practices of our students and providing their individual developments by increasing their interaction with different cultures. With all these developments, in addition to the increase in the employment chances of our students, the generalization of EU culture and provision of social welfare in our country are aimed with the leadership of these students. The impacts of the activities to be conducted within the scope of our project on our institutional structure shall be wide, too. Following the completion of our project, the studies of generalization shall be conducted with the outputs to be attained and the results of our project shall be generalized in a way that it shall contribute to the regional and national development.
