The three-year-Tec Art-Eco is composed of a series of cultural events in the itinerant cross-border territory of Insubria region centered on the role of new technologies in art and communication. Art-Eco-Tec has three major festivals (dance, music, art, architecture) related to training workshops and round tables to guide the public towards a greater understanding of art. The project also aims to establish a team of work with the objective to develop, document and disseminate a methodology for pilot the organization of events with zero impact. The art as a vehicle to address a wider discourse environmental sustainability of the technology that enhances the triangle Varese-Como-Lugano, even in tourism. New ways to indicate the sustainability of a territory in the morphology rich in natural resources. / Il progetto triennale Tec-Art-Eco e composto da una serie di eventi culturali itineranti nel territorio transfrontaliero della Regione Insubrica incentrati sul ruolo delle nuove tecnologie nell'ambito artistico e della comunicazione. Tec-Art-Eco presenta tre grandi festival (danza, musica, arte, architettura) correlati da laboratori formativi e tavole rotonde per guidare il pubblico verso una maggiore comprensione dell'arte. Il progetto vuole inoltre istituire, un team di lavoro con l'obiettivo di elaborare, documentare e divulgare una metodologia-pilota per l'organizzazione di eventi a impatto zero. L'arte come tramite per affrontare un discorso piu ampio sulla sostenibilita ambientale della tecnologia che valorizzi il triangolo Varese-Lugano-Como, anche in ambito turistico.
