The education of persons with disabilities is regulated by the Law (Resolution 15 of the UN), but the implementation in the best way possible, either in inclusive classes or special facilities, differs from one country to another. It is necessary for teachers in the field of education may have a cultural exchange their expertise with teachers from other countries and either through the Job-shadowing or through training courses in countries of the European Union.
Hereby, interdisciplinary teaching is as important as the inclusion of physical and motor skills. The aim is to inform and improve the pedagogical use of ICT in the classroom / school and the use of computers and other computer resources (software and hardware environment) for communication (eg for autistic children or serious problems in communication).
Although the KA1 Project calls individually for CPEE La Quinta and therefore directly for its 82 students and 44 professionals who compose it, it actually calls for a much larger number of professionals and students hardly calculable and that will depend on the involvement and degree of diffusion in our Centre and the institutions involved, we conduct. Therefore, it is so important to have clear and structured our goals and that have culminated in the project as well as the different steps that follow in each of the cases, legislation that supports it and the degree of involvement of all professionals through adequate and well-structured communication channels.
Participants guarantee that the results of this project can be used in all subjects and all levels of school. Similarly, diffusion outside the center is reflected considering the different channels to be used for it.
The term "job-shadowing" implies that each teacher is committed to realizar- learn small teaching duties, depending on the agreement reached with the local master, so that similarities and differences are evident and a topic of discussion and after further evaluation and implementation.
Also in this project attempts to improve some aspects of management singular of these centers exchanging good management practices in countries like Germany, Bulgaria and Poland.
