There are 800 students aged 11.16 , 60 employees and a section for pupils with special needs in our secondary school located in a semi rural environment. Our students come mainly from low economic class and often face difficulties in science en mathematics, that's why we would like to improve and diversify our practices.We'd like to develop ICT in order to let our students use these technologies, which evolve everyday, and also with the aim of internationalizing. Yet, on of our goal is to make our students open minded and more international using the e twinning exchange platform , mails, blogs and exchanges via skype and finallize our twinning with a Swedish school aand find other partners.We want them to know how to be autonomous in their work, to be more self confident and develop their personal project with more ambition. Therefore we think our teachers, all volunteers and according to their skills, must be trained to let them benefit a course in a foreign country. They could meet other trainees, and as the course would be in English , they could improve their English level .There they would have the opportunity to exchange on good practices in teaching mathematics or reinforce their skills in ICT. They would be better trained with new approaches , these teachers could teach differently and mlore efficiently when they come back. We would like to send teachers to do job-shadowing in a Swedish school Källängens skola i which would let us understand how Swedish students are autonomous, how they develop their self confidence and how students manage to build an ambitious own personal project , which our students fail. Moreover, we could develop some links, useful for our project of twinning . The communication between all the trainees in our school would be reinforced but also the communication between all the partners as we would have to discuss before, during and after the project with all the staff during different meetings in and outisde the school We ask 20 mobilities for four different activities.
