The goals of this project are mainly improvement of language skills and methodological efficiencies of English language teachers, which will be attained through a participation of our two English teachers in a qualification course "Language and Methodology for Teachers of English" in Scarborough and Anglolang Academy of English, The United Kingdom of Great Britain. Exactly, this course will be a significant contribution for qualification of teachers participants.They have experience in teaching English language in a multicultural environment because the students are different by ethnic, religious and social origin.The participation in the project includes: a preliminary preparation - an analysis of English language tuition - problems and achievements, identification of needs, some solutions to the logistic problems- traveling, accommodation, destination, insurance, participation in course for qualification.In our world of information, technology and globalization a lack of motivation for learning is getting more obvious. Also students don't pay attention to their active participation in learning process.Updating of the educational service is a topical necessity which is arisen in our new social reality and changing value priorities. Each element in this process requires some methodology skills and unambiguous purposes as a feature to prospective development of student's personality and acquires such a particularity in these conditions.In educational process the student has to be the center of the pedagogical interaction. Exactly by the innovation tendencies in educational process pedagogies will succeed to turn the child into a center of pedagogical interaction; will succeed to pass over the academic abstract knowledge in more practical skills and efficiencies; will succeed to achieve an individualization of the educational process.Child has always need of an unceasing success to reinforce his own social status in class, out of the school and in real life. The project will contribute for all these necessities and will help us to find out the right way for solving our problems. The potential and long-term advantage of this course is a quality and European educational service - English language teaching - adequate to public needs.
