Bordeaux Aquitaine Pionnières is an incubator whose mission is to accompany entrepreneurs with innovative and job-creating projects. The association has existed for two years and currently accompanies thirty creators, thanks to a team of employee and consultants of a dozen people. The team is multidisciplinary and began working on a more innovative coaching course; which would take into account the tools and methodologies of each of the consultants. Aims: * to improve the mentoring & follow up * that each coach uses tools in the most efficient way * that a "pioneer" spirit is created within the team To confront this work with others, the team wanted to go training in an incubator also specifically dedicated to women, and attached to the University of Lisbon: Audax. This partner is ready to form the team for 4 days, to share practices of mentoring and to organize meetings with entrepreneurs from Lisboa. Expected results: * capacity-building of mentoring of the team * integration of the methods & practices by the team members * acquisition of a common vision and a "pioneer" spirit. The ultimate goal is to have a really specific and innovative support and constant improvement of our practices. The communication around this experience will be widely via the internet and social networks and during participation in conferences on entrepreneurship. Ideally, Bordeaux Aquitaine pioneers would like to receive Audax team in Bordeaux.
