Ministry of health services gives a great importance to the ambulance services, which is an important part. Ambulance services, which are directly affected by the results of the patients includes critical processes This mistake should not be made, delayed and neglected. This is requires a quality management for establishing the planning, implementation and control. The most important role in the delivery of Ambulance health care services is medical personel. Well educated medical personnel are needed for quality and success. With the project of respondents are intended to see,review and compare an ambulance medical staff competence of the professional knowledge, ambulance hardware, hygiene rules, response procedures, elections of the patient and casualty, treatment types, ambulance-call center communications, and basic first aid practices in place. Ambulance services must be good quality for vital importance of the patient in emergency situations.To capture the quality is necessary to catch hardware and personnel standards. The subject of Project ‘’ Practicum of the health services provided in the ambulance’’ is the part of the professional training for internship participants. 56 participants from Emergency Medical Technician and Nursing which will take part in professional lives will do an internship in Ambulance Services. The project objectives/ Aims of the project Respondents need to İncrease competence of professional knowledge, to recognize the ambulance equipment,to see and practice hygiene rules, response procedures, elections of the patient and casualty, treatment types, ambulance-call center communications, and basic first aid practices in place. Aims of the project are to increase their professional knowledge and enhancements, development of service awareness, increase self-confidence, effective and achieving the ability to make quick decisions of participants and increase the quality of the services which they offer. Along with this, the quality of health services provided in the country, is expected to increase achievements and effectiveness. As a plus participants is aimed to develop from the social, cultural and linguistic sides. The number and profile of participants Participants involved in the Project are 10. 11. and 12. class students of professional education. Participants are get education in the areas of Emergency Medical Technician and Nursing. The number of participants will be 24. At least 12 participants will be identified as female students. 12 participants from Emergency Medical Technician and 12 participants will be determined from the nursing. The fourth companion (accompanying person) will take place in the project Description of activities The main activities for the Project: 1- INFORMING THE PARTICIPANT AND SELECTION: Participants be informed about the content and objectives of the project and selecting transparently into projects. 2-PREPARATION: Cultural, linguistic, pedagogical and professional preparation of participants 3-MOBILITY: Participants will do an internship in Spain for 14 working days 4-DISSEMINATION: project outputs be transferred to the target groups. 5-REPORTING: the project results be reported to the National Agency The methodology used in conducting the project. Transparency, innovation, accountability, accessibility, consistency, ethics, quality management will be essential during the execution of Project. Predicted outcome and impact in the long term with a short explanation of the possible benefits Participants of the project will increase their professional knowledge and enhancements, development of service awareness, increase self-confidence, effective and achieving the ability to make quick decisions of and increase the quality of the services. The quality of health services provided in the country, is expected to increase achievements and effectiveness. As a plus participants is aimed to develop from the social, cultural and linguistic sides.
