This project is a training for youth and social workers about local and European citizenship named:"alternative thinking". In December 2013, Solafrika had organized a youth exchange about the same topic; we decided to go deeper on this topic and created a training. The main goals of this training are to give tools to the participants to act on their society and also to put them in a creative and reflective situation about citizen project. This training will allow them to develop their critical mind, to express their opinions, and listen to the other's opinions. They will be 27 participants coming from: Romania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Italy, Poland and France. They will be mainly youth and social workers interested by the topic of the training and willing to use the competences and knowledge learn in their work or in their voluntary activities. The main activity will be the creation, by mixed groups, of a social and citizen project. This creation will be transversal during all the training. The others activities will be to help them develop their project: non violent collective action, history activity, clown theater. The participants will be the principal actors of each activities and everyday life organization. Playful and interactive way will be used and also non formal education through the meeting of the others. The principal impact will be the settle in of some of the participant project. Through the put in touch of different European youth workers, sharing of experiences and knowledge, discovering citizen alternatives, the participants will have different tools to lead their citizen project. A leaf will be transcribed the initiatives and project created by the participants during the training to put some credit on the work of the participants and release their ideas and reflexions. "Alternative thinking" will be the incubator of future citizen project.
