The youths? involvement, mobilization and their motivation to act is not an easy task, especially nowadays. There is an increasing lack of interest, convenience, and the lack of activity can be observed among youngsters. Our objective is to present methods and good examples during the youth exchanges, the help of which we can motivate easier young people and take them to action in order to actively participate in everyday life as European citizens and to do something actively for their environment. One of these methods is community service, in the framework of which young people as volunteers can do such activities that benefit the public. Thereby, their social sensitivity and competences develop; they learn to be more emphatic and by meeting different people, they learn a lot not just about others but about themselves, too. The main topic of the youth exchange is the active involvement of young people into different tasks, by which they can learn to be active members of the society as well. We would like to present and share various activities and good practices with others on an international level and to exchange experience to help each other?s work. There is a great need to get young people mobilize; to encourage them to take their part in the different tasks in society; to tell their opinions, share their thoughts and thus be the former of their environment and future. Probably they do not consider this kind of opposition and involvement to be important, but their opinions matter a lot, since by this we can examine the specific problems from different angles and it also makes it easier to make a decision and to find a solution to the problem.
