Project participants will consist of 15 teachers and 2 administrators, all of our participants will be determined from our school staff ,as a result of an objective selection method with the specified process. Our participants will join 12 days in total in Erlensee ,Germany to attend the daily activity program, "bullying in schools, causes and prevention methods which will be applied” and "European Union Education System" will improve their vocational qualifications to join the course. In addition, our project will take place in our participants, the gains acquired in mobility, to transfer to the school in which they work and other educational institutions, the process of developing the institutions they served in the European Union harmonization process ,participanta will make efforts to increase the quality. Our participants next to professional development, linguistic, cultural social aspects will also develop. Our activities in the program participants will become acquainted with the European Union in the social and cultural events that will be made, but also have seen closely the European and German culture, mobility will be experienced during the culture. To act as a group, our participants to develop leadership and teamwork abilities, able to apply these achievements in their professional and everyday life. Our area will be developed with the realization of our project Management competencies OUR teacher administrator will take place in the participant portfolio of projects, courses in mobility programs, educational institution visits, seminars and school administrators with the study workshops will be held, Peer to learn from the European dimension of the violence detailed in a way, closely will see, will be able to find the viewing to, and exchange ideas. Learned and investigate, areas and management techniques will be adapted to the participants of our management team and our school they are in the EU accession process will be accelerated in the adaptation of institutions. Staff development Our teachers and administrators, participants will be able to closely examine the education system throughout the EU mobility will be able to exchange ideas with colleagues abroad. Both will see new techniques and methods will observe how they received a combination of both training students from different cultures and nationalities. Curriculum development and European dimension The main purpose of our project is a kind; EU education and new approaches to systematic bullying prevention methods, analyzed in detail by our participants, ensuring that our system introduced into the country, both our school is planned to increase the education level of the other schools. In our project, we learn and in particular of the most important issues that we want to ensure the adaptation to school; have a different mindset, a different culture, with their participation in the training and how the success of students from religion and nation and planning form that can be applied in our country of the educational system, will provide students and society aims to realize an increase in prosperity and quality of education. Thus, both the European Union in the process of violence and absenteeism issues to be examined and has begun to increase the quality of education, quality of education will also increase significantly. European training curriculum will be examined, in accordance with the present curriculum workshops will be discussed in the work of our organization, improvements will be made. Language development Our participants will realize the necessity of learning a foreign language abroad, will get the opportunity to improve their foreign language skills available. They will visit educational institutions and research, foreign language training, and will be seen in the importance they give to the teaching of foreign languages. Participants of our group needs; - Management and staff of the institutions they are in Trainer,in the European Union harmonization process to start the necessary work to be prepared in to EU standards, - Examining the educational structure of the European Union, to make his work on bullying in schools - Different cultures, religions, to see how they fit together students who receive education in the mother tongue and different nationalities, to examine the teaching process and the institutions in which they operate because of the ethnic composition of spending in this system application, - To increase their professional qualifications, experience their careers by adding the European Union, to increase the degree of specialization in both areas, as well as to raise their professional career development speed, - European view of multiculturalism structure, examine the structure of the education system and order in the province of Ankara in the cultural richness of this structure to make active,
