With the project "Adult Education Today and Tomorrow ', the consortium of the four centers of adult education KISP aims to reinforce the professionalization of its employees so the organization can provide a better response to the challenges of today and tomorrow.In this project the focus lies on:- Subject matter / technical strengthening and deepening of teachers in the fields of photography and cooking in order to better meet the needs and expectations of learners in adult education;- Strengthening and expanding the repertoire of teachers teaching ICT, photography and cooking to develop the quality of their competency developing educational practice through further differentiation, activating settings, new evaluation techniques and learn self-directed;- Supporting and inspiring the ICT teachers in their reflection on the role, place and function of ICT programs for adults in the digital society of today and tomorrow;- The sharing of expertise, experiences and results on practical research in teacher education.
