One of the most important factors in a dynamic and enterprising society is a transparent interests‘ representation. Important aspects of any business‘ development are rapid dissemination of information, visibility, awareness, the ability to represent yourself interests, to tell issues, to discuss for a solution, to provide the means whereby a decision can be realised.Youth are an important group of society, vulnerable, often unorganized, not consistent. This training was organised due to the major youth problems such as unemployment, ineffective communication, poor involvement in making decisions which are related to young people, lack of quality representation, also uncertainty of youth workers‘ occupation.During this training youth workers, youth organizations‘ representatives and youth leaders from various regions of Europe improved their skill and abilities in these spheres: the involvement of active youth in decision-making, effective representation; got acquainted with the national and European youth policy framework, its capabilities, expanded the network of international contacts, learned quiddities of public communication, public speaking and media work, shared their experience, found means for moving toward change in the youth field.It is important to notice that during this training much time was spent on the participants adequate understanding about their environmental situation and discovering the niches, where they could use knowledge, skills and abilities gained during this training.The training course gathered 27 participants from Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, in Lithuania on 4-12 of November, 2013.
